I High voltage condenser bushings
Transformer condenser bushings
Voltage rating – 52; 72,5; 123; 145 [kV]
Construction features:
Construction features:
- Insulating cores are made of cellulose paper coated with synthetic resin, wound onto, a copper bolt.
- Inside the insulating core, there are shields placed, which act as electric field distribution control.
- Outdoor insulating cores are encapsulated hermetically in between ceramic shields and the space between is filled with filling compound.
- For exploitation reasons, bushings should be equipped with measurement clamps (per customers request).
- Bushings are equipped with protective spark gaps.
Stationary bushings
Rated voltage – 123 [kV]
Design features:
Design features:
- Insulating cores are made of cellulose paper impregnated with synthetic resin winded on copper bold.
- Screens controlling decomposition of electric field are mounted inside insulating core.
- Insulating cores are air-tight sealed with two ceramic shields. Space between these shields is filled with insulating filling.
- For exploitation reasons, bushings should be equipped with measurement terminals (per customer’s requirement).
- If customer requires, bushings can be equipped with protective spark gap.
- Permissible heating temperature for bushings above ambient temperature is 50°C.
