Flexible Heater micanite Type M-2 and F-2 acc. to ZN-2002 /MP-TS-1236
Electro insulation material made by pressing the mica paper muscovite (M) or phlogopite (P) impregnated with silicon resin in increased temperature.
Application
Heater micanite flexible is used for electric heating elements insulation, low diameter. During exploitation, the silicon resin can be totally removed which requires for this material. However, the material is resistant to temperature up to 500°C in case of using mica paper made of muscovite (Type M-2) or up to 700°C in case of using mica paper made of phlogopite (Type F-2).
